Concerning your reply to me, can you tell me how you rationalize a small country like Iraq having a money supply multiples larger than the entire planets money supply?
That is really the core to my belief that they have no choice but to LOP.
I'm intrigued by the thought that Iraq could RV to 1-10 cents without a LOP. That's a far greater return than I ever hoped for in this, but money supply issues still factor in.
