I said Class 7 before Class 5. If Class 7 says receives pro rata and Class 5 says no distribution UNTIL blah blah blah. That was the POINT, CLASS 7 before Class 5. NOT that a Class will NOT receive distribution. I posted the entire wording so you can see, obviously you can't. LMAO

You are taking what the news article says out of context - it does not say that Classes 7 & 8 will be dealt with before Classes 3 - 5.


And that is a news article with incomplete information and not a legal document.


And again you distort and take out of context - the POR does not say that Class 5 "SHALL NOT RECEIVE ANY DISTRIBUTIONS" as you try to highlight.


It says "shall not receive any distributions........ unless and until all holders of Allowed Senior Unsecured Claims are fully satisfied........


One thing I am clear about is that you are not a Capital Trust holder.
