i just cannot believe that no follow up was done. i have e-mailed several times to megas informing him that the fund would get much more donations IMO if he provided follow up communication. mind boggling that he does not do that. i also now believe that megas could have done a lot more in communicating with the SEC in this instance. my take is that he did barely any (if at all) proactive communication w/ the SEC regarding this injustice to his company and innocent shareholders. that is another mind boggling concern to me. and then he disregards the SEC revocation document? any logical human being must now question WTF is going on? do you really think he has spent $800k on this? very much doubt it..
