no Zgen as in zymogenetics - they have patents related to fusion proteins and got 20 or 25 million a little over a year ago from BMY PS: they got 30M for enbrel for a license to the same patents, and they stand to get royalties from REGN for il-1 and vegf trap. if zgen wasnt so hard up for money at the time they may have been able to squeeze a few more dollars out of BMY (although the settlement happened not long before the lambda deal so who knows - may have influenced the settlement)
