I didn't catch that in the 10K, but will give it another look. The language I kept reading was "protectionism", so I didn't have a warm fuzzy that they'd make significant progress on that front. It would certainly brighten my outlook if that's the case.

I still like them long term - just don't see a lot of near term traction. I, of course, could be completely wrong.

Found this in the 10K

Focus on both overseas aftermarket and OEM customers at the same time. The Company is selling its products into 101 countries and
regions, and has begun to supply products to OEMs in India.

So that does address some of my concerns with OEM growth. Have you seen any guidance on the amount of growth they expect in this market?

Also, do you have a fair PE multiple in mind? The spread is pretty wide between CAAS and WATG. Right now I show a trailing PE of 13.2 and a forward PE of 11.6 (using .79 as a 2010 earnings estimate). Seems fair given the current growth.
