Alba, MS has done QUITE A BIT more than smoke and mirror postings. The completion of the MOP as well as the lease (which were both approved by the ASLD) represent significant advances for NMC. As Kevin Bacon said in "A Few Good Men"........"These are the FACTS, and they are indisputable".

Regarding the Rio Tinto thing that you always refer to, I don't think there has ever been a statement whereby MS indicated that Rio Tinto was interested in NMC. If I recall, he indicated that he was speaking with a Rio Tinto representative at a conference about the current state of mining, financing, etc. If I'm wrong, I'm happy to be corrected, but I don't think I am.

NMC lives to fight another day.........much to the chagrin of certain individuals.........much to the pleasure of others such as myself.

NMC long.

Alba,

do not bring anything but Fact to the table ... Here is What MS said about Reo Tinto:
"I mentioned Rio Tinto in our last update because I had met with them thinking joint venture or acquisition was possible until it became clear that they were in financial straits themselves and could not provide the financing. Because of their financial situation they decided to joint venture with the Chinese, who provided $19.4 billion. Rio Tinto tried to back out of the deal and the Chinese government has now “detained” four Rio Tinto’s executives. These sure are interesting times."

What are you going to say about St. of Arizona Now??? Forget NMC for a second and share your thoughts about the state.

How about the "BLACKSTONE GROUP" ???????

How about the Assay? or the Assayer? What dirt have you found on them?

And What do you mean by "Aside of the fact that MS is no longer CEO of this (sic) company"?
