Now I see why you get confused. Priority is based on subordination to one another, they NOT based on the numerical digit in each class, i.e. Class 5, Class 6, Class 7, Class 8, etc., etc., etc.

WMI's Cap Trusts hold a debt class that is the most jr. claim.
