So, reduced to basics, PBEC's business plan is to develop sustainable electrical power generating facilities, execute long-term contracts with power distributors/users, and to also engage in the power trading market. Hopefully Joel Franklin and crew are well connected already or at least have the juice to forge relationships to get a foot in this door.
I'd like to take look at Franklin's curiculum vitae to help me in evaluating his chances of success. I'd also like to know more about the education and background of any members of the board.
