Remember when you sell, sell at the ask, and sell in small blocks -- 5000-10,000 shares. That will keep things moving up for the rest of us.
Personally I think your initial sell point of $1.75-$2.00 is a bit low, but you need to make your own decisions on that (my first sale will be at $2.63, but i am probably going to raise that target a bit closer to $3.00 the way things are going with CDIV).
Just remember that in addition to selling on the way up, you can always sell on the way down. It's good to remember this so you don't have to worry about pulling the trigger too early!
