Hi Vet-sorry i could not reply sooner as I ran out of posts but here is the breakdown of the o/s for TDGI

These numbers are an estimate
461M is total oustanding
191M is Restricted
260M is in the float...

This is a non-diluting company and management made it clear they will not dilute.
