Having been taught by "the funny looking indian man", I think we will have to nickname you the GURU!
That approach is very sensible in my opinion, and obviously has worked well for you and your friends. But I haven't been willing to sell yet at any of the recent prices. All the ducks are in a row and this should go much higher.
Just my own opinion, but I don't think the unveiling will occur in Anaheim. I think they will create the buzz well in advance of that.
