They've already put it in the filings that they are diluting (look at the increase in the O/S)... Have you tried taking the time to read their recent filing?... They don't have much $ coming in...
I'm sure they need financing for their new efforts but why take is at .20 when .50 - $1.00 is possible?
I'll ask this once again, do you honestly think this can go to $1.00??? Again they are drowning...
