Yes, Hague's plan is to split the two companies, and they
would have to compensate Hague shareholders for the spinoff
because it is "value" that is being separated from the
parent company.
How many shares and when this will happen we do not know.
First must come name change, and I assume increased share
value for Hague so it can show value for Solterra when it
sets a price for an IPO, if that is the route they choose.
There have been guesses that Hague could set up Solterra
on the Dubai or the London exchange because there are
advantages for doing this. Nobody knows for sure.
