As have I. It is good to see you this morning. I miss our other friend from Europe, Mr. Red Phoenix. I wish he was here to enjoy his company during these good times. I still pray for him and his family as they deal with his mother's health issues. Hopefully CDIV will be helping him with any unexpected and mounting medical expenses. Maybe we will here from him soon.
