I guess that might be true but I am unsure. Most penalties would be assessed to an employer I a, sure a individual could be hit with a penalty but again etrade td amaritrade scott trade they only report annually to the government what you made. I suppose that might change when a threshold is hit. But all speculation on my part. Needless to say I will be on the phone with my CPA to give you the Texas answer tomorrow.
