Not sure, but I do know I got a bunch of messages tonight from some very happy campers who were able to scoop up a bunch of those shares that shook free for a little while today in the high .03's. Many thought the .03's were gone forever....it was almost like a retro sale where they rolled back the prices for a few hours.
