Here's the reason for the jumpiness and here's who sold today....
This was our problem today. Ever hear of that Google trading group MEG.
Here's the whole saga. Nick (MEG head) Well, Nick decided to herd MEG into a dark alley and then mug them. He had them buy a ton of ENTI, imploring folks to buy more and more to try to get to an elusive float lock (the O/S and float were both higher than he claimed). Meanwhile, he was very likely selling his shares to them. And once MEG was done buying Nick's shares from him, they were holding pieces of paper worth very little indeed (don't even bother looking at it -- just a very stinky pinkie -- though the hourly or 30 minute chart over the last 10 days is an eye-opener).
Well, some others protested over the pick and protested more when they learned what Nick was doing. And so all the rest of the MEG leadership either resigned or got booted out. The remaining folks are the sheeple.
So, now that he has everyone honest off his board, what was his next step? Well, he started attacking TDGI. Nick concocted a story about how Eric funnelled the 200mm shares to buddies of Eric's in a sweetheart deal showing that Eric is just out to screw the shareholders. That he posted this stuff is a fact. What I am GUESSING was his motivation is that this was to free up their capital (tied up in TDGI) for them to chase Nick down yet another dark alley, cash in hand, again and again until he has all their money in his account...
Every action Eric made here was 100% shareholder friendly. So how anyone fell for this guys BS is beyond me. If it was true TDGI wouldn't be lowering the A/S and they would not have passed a resolution not to dilute for funding. They would keep issuing more shares and diluting. What that Nick guy did was such an obvious lie it's sad.
My guess is that Nick sold his TDGI shares much higher. So, by bashing TDGI he frees up the capital of the sheeple to chase him on the next ENTI (or maybe ENTI again if I know Nick), AND AND AND he gets them to trash the PPS of TDGI. My guess is that he will soon buy back into TDGI...
So my take on all this is those poor people from Meg who sold today threw away the winning lottery ticket and I feel sorry for them. Our stock price will bounce right back and they will own some other front loaded scam pos stock that Nick is front loading and dumping on his poor followers and we'll all own a winner with TDGI.
