Now, that is helpful indeed. I believe in what Tufan says. However, I still have doubts about this kind of funding. What are the assets to deserve such loans?

How can anybody here say they confirmed anything with Dean or the PR says this or that. Deans word is worth zero, zip, zilch, nada, nothing, ect. He released PRs that never happened, told shareholders the OS wouldn't go over 400mil and then 900mil, said two acquisitions were completed be couldn't release the names until they vendors and customers have been notified(3 months later nothing), released the loan terms and then when he maxed out the AS he says "OH Yeah....40%of OS going to lender" ect ect ect......almost everything that Dean put in the PRs while he dumped 100's of millions of shares never happened.....especially anything that would add value.

The point is you can't confirm anything with a person that tends to lie or mislead.
