No problem Wasty, we have a matrix that we have found works, we only post insider buys of $100,000 or more, and then we look at share structure, etc. so make sure that we feel the stock could move between 10-20% with-in a four day window. They don't always, but usually 3 out of 4 do. I am glad you are here, make sure you read our Ibox thoroughly to see what we are about.

We don't put every Insider Purchase that comes thru.
I have been trading Insider Stocks for 10+ years now and certain stocks just don't fit in my comfort zone.
We only put ones that we would buy. let’s take a look at the ones you mentioned.

I did not post this one because it was not a purchase by an insider that runs the company. It was a purchase from a 10% holder. The stock could perform well but it just does not fit in my Insider Trading strategy.
