Who cares what Vistra is worth? ANYTHING we get out of that is gravy.
No one here seriously bought CTDH for the legacy operations, whatever they are. No one will buy CTDH for the value of a spinoff either.
The value in this announcement is addition by subtraction. No one claims that CTDH is suffering a "conglomerate discount" by having the cyclodextrins and whatever the H it is that goes into Vistra in the same public entity.
Get rid of anything which diverts management focus from cyclodextrins, which is the one and only thing that influences CTDH's future.
