If they do PR it, I highly doubt it will have a negative impact on the pps. If anything it would be seen as a positive and raise the pps.

In this case they would definately PR the removal of Caveat Emptor. Many times this status is put up because of inquiries regarding current financials, and past problems that needed to be investigated. Also shorts will typically try to create as many questions they can to get the otc markets to put up this status.

With new management in place, and an excellent IR guy, HFBG immediately attacked these issues. They put updated financials out there for pink sheets to process. Once Pink sheets finds these filings to be true and transparent, they will update our status. This not only will give us a boost, but will clearly show all interested investors that HFBG is taking major steps in the right direction.

This will be a key catalyst in moving forward.
