Robert L, THRR is not an Investment. At best it's a flip.

An investment is long term with appreciation, hopefully. Anyone holding this for any length of time, will get burnt.

Nobody is really paying .01 cash./ It sounds to me like some kind of share swap reverse merger.
Mini TO and 100% make me think they will take 100% of the shares everyone Proxies and they will get shares in a different company. Maybe RS for each 1000 shares of THRR, you get 1 share of new company. .01 x 1000 = $10.00

$10.00 would be one of the most expensive pk's
