While that may be true, just what does that have to do with the task at hand, or your question? You ask me a question, I give you an answer and you come back with a non-relevant answer. The past is the past, we are trying move on.
As I've tried to explain to you numerous times, both Xechem Nigeria and Xechem International are in positions of accepting plans to take over the respective operations. In the US, anyone could file a plan of reorganization, in Nigeria there was a Request for Proposal put out and four groups responded, I was one of them - actually, I was invited by the lenders to submit one since they knew of my interest prior to the RFP being put out.
This is nothing to do with Xechem officers or directors, they could put in PORs if they wanted to as well, but they didn't. In the US a plan was also submitted by the Creditor's Committee, in Nigeria there have been a couple of other proposals put in. The fact is, I'm the only one that has submitted a plan/proposal for both operations. Successfully being awarded one, doesn't mean getting the other, especially without having submitted a plan or proposal.
The shareholders have as much right to get involved in any plans of reorganization as anyone and that's what many of them have done. There is a solid group, most of which are regulars here, that stay in contact with me and have offered much help to keep the process moving.
