Frank has dug himself quite a whole on the stock/financial side, even he has admitted to that, and any step to fix that is a step in the right direction but until solid numbers are public this all still could just be for nothing.

And, what insider information do you have that can confirm Q getting off the pinks? After FIVE YEARS of holding this stock, I've seen no indication of that.

per chance, have YOU paid YOUR $$ to the State of Washington for YOUR copies of the corporation documents and read through them?

This whole 'dirty shell' issue is just that. Dirty. And it's inconceiveable, IMVHO, that they didn't know there were issues with it. AND, for the $300k it would take to get a new CLEAN shell, I'd rather see $$ spend on that then a buyback.
