Great research. What more can one ask for? It's all there. It'll just be a matter of time. This is why I am hanging on to every single share that I've purchased since September.
I really think the most important paragraph is the following:

"The Gay Games is an event that should be available for all the world to see and we are in negotiations to make our signal available to do just that."
This is the CEO speaking to us, telling us what is currently going on. Forget about provisions, etc... the man that's running the network is giving us a peek at what's happening backstage.
