I doubt it's him for another reason, what IR post could he ever hope to hold in the future if this is how he handles the confidentiality of dealing with past clients? no company would ever touch him for fear of how he would behave if fired at some point. besides, nobody would work 6 mos for free, it's just a ridiculous claim IMO.
