Sure, they could do that but they could also buy back all of the shares at $10 a piece and go private. I admit that given their track-record your scenario is more likely but espousing worst-case or dreamland scenarios doesn't really help anyone. Talking about how much debt they currently have, what their payback plan is, whether they've placated the debt holders and for how long, how production is moving, what the assay results are, etc... is far more productive for anyone who is on here to invest.

We could also be bought out by BHP and the stock could shoot up to $78 a share.

But back to reality...

That's not in the works right now. Nor is an increase of our AS to 250B.
