The guy appears to be a flop at the very get go. The project he worked on ended up in the courts, lost, and now has a product that they/he cannot seem to sell. I'm hoping this merger they are talking about is a big change. I'm willing to be he was let go from his last job...just a guess, nothing to back it up.
