Yup, None of their PRs were lie, yup they spent money in pumping( but then any penny stock does). VGPR is going to start production in next 4-6 weeks, once that happens doesn't matter if they sell 100% or use for their laundry purpose, stock may jump to some 10 cents. I won't be surprized if it comes back to low again. This company has better potential than .005, wait & watch :)
