Leave equity intact?

Is your theory predicated upon the asumption that WMI will continue business as usual (before the seizure)? You anticipate that they will rebuild what they lost?

Coupled with a CUSIP number change to force short coverage, a reverse split might be the ticket to rocket a newly emergent WaMu stock to a prosperous future providing whatever financial services that might be possibly revealed in a fair, EQUITABLE Plan of Reorganization. imo

You are still looking at what is in the kitty and not what is owed to the pot. Besides TPG to my understanding had dropped the anti-dilution clause.
