That post was about a different facility not about VGPR's. He was saying that other companies can make their facilities fast, why cant Vega.

With sales of more than 60 Billions USD, the RWE - company ist definetely playing in a different league. And even their target is
" the first pellets are due to be produced in the third quarter of 2011".

So when do you expect that Vega will start their production - if ever ?
