never thought it would be simple..first rule don't put a timeline on something because you will be held to it...lol..and they put a timeline on it in print and in interviews. if this is a difficult process then they should've know this being the top executives they are (not sarcastic but sounded that way) and not said they will be done at this time...? i mean they put the bullseye on themselves we didn't do that on this topic.
