Anything can be changed depending on the situation. If market opp become well then scene may be different. There are 3 possibility.
1. Will do as per the previous plan by court. 2. Asset value may be increased due to improving market and shareholders can get also distribution. 3. Present Business may be in favor of LTVCQ so it can be emerged from BK and shareholder may remain intact.
I can say probability for 1 is 50% and 2 & 3 is 25% each. So this is a very good lotto IMO.
all bancrupt stocks say that shares are getting cancelled thats why they risky but some dont cancel shares for years or at all. VRMLQ went from .012 to 34.00 VIONQ .04 to .43. VSTNQ .019 to 1.07. These bancrupt stocks are risky but some are very lucrative. Not for the faint of heart or rookies.
