They probably would have filed to raise the A/S at same time they filed that name change with Delaware SOS if that was the case, but they didn't. Another tip off imho. Sorry things went bad here....no one wins when a deal like this goes bad. You had some good picks lately, everyone gets thrown a curve ball once in a while.
