Just so you can learn for the next time.....With AZTC, there was 74 million shares O/S since 2009. People were valuing the merger as if some of those 74m shares already went to new company and no new shares would be issued for the merger. That was just plain wrong....it is obvious the new company still needs to get their shares for the merger. Typically, 70-95% of new total shares O/S goes to whoever merges into the shell. A/S was 150m, O/S 74m, shares for merger still have to be issued. You could see this R/S coming a mile away, they couldn't even come close to issuing enough shares to give themselves 70-95% of new company with the A/S at 150m and O/S already at 74m.
