exactly. the r/s was entirely unexpected, because the os was so freaking low. who would have thought it? no me for sure. is this company a scam? either that or they have no clue how to manage a public company and it's share structure. very stupid.

Think of all the free PR this company would have had if they did a small RS ---------10/1 or under. They would have pulled in the share structure but kept all the investors here interested in the stock and talking about it for months.
Who do they think buy these penny stocks any way, we do and now we are bitter.
Not a great habit to keep biting the hand that feeds you.
