That is one awesome post of yours. Of course I was with you in PHX and your portfolio of CDIV looks marvelous. Well said LoneGrey.

Sometimes in today's I want it right now...or yesterday society a little patience as it relates to CDIV goes a long,long,long way.

I have not sold one share...period. Not going to until we see North of here by a long ways.

Well I thought we are in totally different stage of the process. Not on the beginning but close to a breakup and covering.
