I understand that. I appreciate everyone joining the team but many have only been here for a month max. Look at the chart, i'm pretty sure many had to wait quite some time before even getting into the teens!! We are just at the next leg in the process. Think how hard this was each step in this year long process!
That's why optimizing the bid/ask process and staying positive will help us increase the pps! We can't force people to shell up money that they don't have! I'm adding whenever I can and so is the rest of the team regardless of the pps. Monk and the team have been adding every week for a year. They shouldn't have to be obligated to have to add every day. They are doing what they can when they can. It is very much appreciated when a new person comes to the team!
I don't think though that people are jumping on board to just support those who loaded cheap, i imagine it's too make money as well, hence all the frustration:) If it was to support the team, then wouldn't this just be an opportunity to accumulate more share since the price is down.
