as i said before, i think time frames are arbitrary for repurchasing shares. the price action is probably what will dictate the duration of the buyback. if deals start closing, and this chart goes parabolic, i'll be hoping dean grabbed all the shares he wanted when they were cheap. beyond a certain price level a buyback will cease to be practical. i'm not sure where that line gets drawn, but you understand my point.
