Definitely shinebox, the sooner the better for JPM and FDIC. This won't drag on for months, more like weeks at the most. The longer it takes for the reorganization plan to be agreed upon, the greater the chances of a leak to the public. Otherwise, why did Rosen go to all that trouble of getting the court to approve sealed and redacted documents.
Imo, Equity Lawyers have an upper hand and will play the reorganization plan process to our advantage or come out swinging for a trial.
