Sure I was wrong, plenty of times and may be wrong on this one. Time will tel how the FDA will act.

It is indeed an exceedingly rare occurrence! As a MNTA long, I hope and expect that the issue of clinical trials for generic Copaxone turns out to be one the very rare instances :- )
