as posted earlier:

Robin Cardin and RAC Corporation filed a lawsuit in Orange County Superior Court on September 27, 2007 against Thresher Industries, Inc. for breach of contract/warranty. On February 28, 2007 Thresher Industries, Inc. filled a cross complaint with Robin Carden and RAC Corporation. The case was dismissed by both parties on a settlement agreement filed on September 19, 2008.
