I agree with everything you say here, but....allow for the possibility that the buyer is real, and the deal is real. That's where I am at the moment, and nobody has proven to me that the buyer is not real. Issuing shares, issuing poorly worded PRs, timing of the PRs....that does not prove a buyer doesn't exist.
