Robin Cardin and RAC Corporation filed a lawsuit in Orange County Superior Court on September 27, 2007 against Thresher Industries, Inc. for breach of contract/warranty. On February 28, 2007 Thresher Industries, Inc. filled a cross complaint with Robin Carden and RAC Corporation. The case was dismissed by both parties on a settlement agreement filed on September 19, 2008.

Why don't you check out Talon Composites website www.taloncomposites.com, the affiliate company owned by Thresher Industries that has the patent on Talbor. Look at who the U.S. representative is for the company, Robin A. Carden!?
