Could that be the reason for selling more shares? To eliminate debt for the buyer. Sell shares, eliminate debt, allow the buyer to buy shares on the open market at 1/5 of the final buyout price.

To any "respectable" company, 2M is merely coins out of the front pocket. If there is a great product with good potential it's an easy deal. Any "RESPECTABLE" company can see that.
