13:50 ET Market Internals : Volume running ahead of yesterday's levels seen at this time, but is about the mid-point of the range for the week. Dramatic pick up in New lows on both the NYSE and Nasdaq. On the latter, New Lows outpacing Highs 4-to-1. Contributing to this negative trend is recent weakness in the SOX. Among stocks in the Chip space on the low list today are TER, CHRT, FCS, HELX.
