I am not sure if the closing and a further client signing will do the trick, I really believe S3 needs a share buy-back/divi plan to bring us around. For one reason or another there is some major doubt going on and JB seriously needs to do something about it, for himself as well as the shareholders. It sure seems that just doing business isn't cutting it. JB needs to create some major interest in SIVC.
