I wouldn't care so much if they weren't doing it for .0058 a share...
They took over an existing company which generated more than $1 million in profits for 2009... Now they're selling shares for way under a penny... something isn't right here, but that's just my opinion.
They either messed up very badly and are trying to squeeze every last dollar out of us, or they don't know what short-term loans are for... Honestly, if their sales/profits are increasing as fast as they said, they should:
1. Take a loan;
2. Release Q1 results, which will be positive I assume;
3. Let the PPS rise;
4. Issue some shares at that higher price;
5. Repay that loan;
6. DONE!
That'd be a win-win situation... shareholders won't get hurt as much and the O/S wouldn't be affected so much... which is good for them, too, if they ever want to issue more shares.
Well, that's it for today... just my thoughts.
...and yes, I'm a shareholder, too.
