I doubt that's terribly meaningful. SEC says they have 90 days to sell after they have filed all the requisite paperwork. I don't know when the docs were filed, but I'd assume it happened around the time the stock fell from 1.00 in Jan. I really don't think those restrictive shares are having an impact on price right now. Not when the volume has been high enough for all of the shares of the company to have changed hands at least once in the past month. The market is just waiting for solid news and financial information before saying this company is valued at more than 50 million dollars.
