lol. but he's still selling shares, only now he's selling them at .0001!!!

what makes you think he's got any money to buyback anything?!? if he's still selling shares into the market (which is obvious by the ever increasing O/S) and we have very few products on shelves (probably no significant revenue)... then i think its safe to say he doesn't have any money for a buyback!

it was never his intention to do a buyback, IMO.... it was always his intention to dilute!

He most likely sold at even higher levels than .0004 since the last couple of spikes of HEAVY volume were at .0008 and momentarily at .0012

The only problem with buying back shares is that, even after diluting 3 billion shares, he disclosed negative assets on his 3rd quarter report. The checking account was in the red for almost a $100,000.00 deficit.

Fast forward till today and we have nothing to show for over $1,500.000 of issued shares.

Where are all the new products he promised?
Where are all the distribution deals since last year?
Why is he making RegD 504 offerings?
Where's the true transparency of how the money is being used?

For being CEO of BBDA for almost a year, the red flags are piling up pretty high. We should at the least have had some solid distribution networks established and the new products available.
